Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by the Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relative(s)) and other connected person(s) of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of Financial Results (“Trading Restriction Period”) for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December,2024.
